This Kindle reader is easy on the eyes and small enough to fit in a purse. If I complained about anything, it was the lack of instructions. I even bought a book on how to use the Kindle, and it didn't even give me how to navigate to the titles of books. The only other thing I have a problem with is swiping to turn a page. Sometimes 2-3 pages go at the same time, and occasionally I've done something to make whole chapters move ahead. The touch is not consistent, it's supposed to be a gentle swipe, but it doesn't always work. Operator error? Maybe, but I have to find some user guides so I can find things. If they didn't want to add any manuals like no one does now adays, they could have at least led you to where you can download them.
