Great examples of positive self talk are also listed for the many types of families such as single parents, blended families, families with special needs children, families coping with loss or grief and many others.Next is a good section on how to make the best use of the journal from customizing it, to sharing your journey.Then the journaling section itself gives you many opportunities to list positive affirmations, top priorities, what I am grateful for today about my children, what I am thankful for this morning, a beautiful mindful quote to ponder each day, and evening gratitude thoughts as well. There are three different pages full of prompts for each day. When you are stressed or frazzled, having a means to slow down, become mindful of what is important, and let the guided journal bring you peace is a very special tool. I highly recommend this journal.
